About
Welcome to Curry Times, your go-to dining destination nestled conveniently in the heart of Changi Airport, Singapore. Located at 65 Airport Blvd #B2-51, this charming eatery is more than just a place to grab a bite; it's a culinary experience that caters to the diverse tastes of travelers and locals alike.
Curry Times excels in offering an authentic Chinese menu, focusing primarily on delicious curries that will tantalize your taste buds. With their impressive array of dishes, including the highly praised Signature Chicken Curry, each meal is designed to deliver a burst of flavor. According to our dear patron Alan C., the chicken is "super tender and falls off the bone," showcasing the skill and care put into marinating each piece perfectly.
Adding to its appeal, Curry Times is not just a feast for the senses but also prioritizes convenience. The establishment offers delivery, takeout, and even reservations to accommodate your travel schedule, all while providing complimentary free Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected. With a swift self-service ordering system that's easy to navigate—even if you're a first-time visitor—you can quickly grab your food and settle in to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
What sets Curry Times apart from typical airport dining options is its affordability. As noted by Ka L., it's one of the most reasonable spots for quality meal offerings. With items like their beloved cheese prata priced at $2.50, enjoying comfort food before your flight doesn't break the bank. And while the ambience might evoke nostalgia akin to a local hawker center, the efficient service ensures that your food arrives swiftly, allowing you to savor every bite without the stress of airport rush.
For families, like Shawn P. mentioned, Curry Times offers a delightful selection of curries that accommodate every palate, while ensuring halal compliance—making it a wonderful spot for shared meals. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the variety available, and the good value for the price can unite everyone at the table.
True to its name, Curry Times delivers a delectable experience that transcends mere meals; it serves up a slice of comfort in every dish. While some dessert items may need a little refinement—as noted in Peggy A.'s feedback—the robust flavors of the main courses more than compensate. So next time you find yourself at Changi Airport and craving authentic Singaporean-style curry, make your way over to Curry Times. Dive into an unforgettable food journey that captures the true essence of curry culture!
“ I've often had mixed feelings of chains but Curry Times definitely is a great dining stop for travelers. Just took a bit to figure out the self service machine but its fairly intuitive so don't panic, instructions are easy to follow. Once you place your order and pay, grab a blinking buzzer and find a seat to wait for your order. Food (4/5) Signature Chicken Curry - Meat was super tender and fell off bone. Very well marinated and the spiciness from the curry is just enough to give it the right amount of heat. I got the bread but I suggest you get the rice so you can soak up more of the curry sauce. I actually had to order another bowl of rice to fill up. Overall, food was fast and delicious. Good price!! ”
“ Curry times is my go-to place for food whenever I'm outbound at Changi airport; whichever terminal I fly out of, I'll end up at terminal 3 basement 4 for curry times if I have time before my flight. Why you may ask, for my undying devotion to curry times? It is one of the better prata places in Singapore for me, and really cheap for airport food prices. Quick, cheap and satisfying, what more can you ask for? I always go for the same item - cheese prata that comes with complimentary curry. Is the ambience great? Nah, it's probably nostalgic like a hawker center or food court. Is the service good? Well, I get my food ordered quickly and served quickly. There's free icing biscuit free flow for you to snack on while you wait as well. How's the food? It's pretty tasty but variable frequently. The price justifies the quality though, $2.50 for a piece of prata to fill my tummy before I get airplane food two hours later? Why not. I'll still visit again whenever I have time before my flight. You can use your changi rewards card to waive GST if you spend more than $10! Thank you Curry Times for some comfort food, cheap and good Singapore style! ”
“ Delicious variety of curries. Price very reasonable. Surprising number of food choices in menu. If you come during lunchtime be prepared to wait. And it's Halal too! Great place to bring your family during weekend. ”
“ Good food & location! Quick and convenient~ it is a short walk from the airport car park. I like the uniform worn by the waitress.. Makes you feel like you're back in the 1960s era of Singapore. Although it is a little bit pricey, the food is really good. The serving plates were interesting and gives a touch of the past to this modern world. The only disappointment was the desserts such as the bur bur cha cha. It was a bit too watery. The yam and sweet potatoes were not well done. Hopefully that would change in the future... ”
